CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE CHANGES
A minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment is required, although the more notice you can provide, the better. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, your appointment will be lost. Unless your slot is able to be filled with another client, no refunds will be issued and prepayment in full ahead of all future appointments will be required.
To secure your appointment a booking fee will be required at the time of booking.
Booking fees will be deducted from your total appointment bill when paying, Leaving you with the remaining 50% to pay on the day of your appointment.
All booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment you will lose your booking fee.
Booking fees may be refunded or transferred if re-scheduling your appointment before the 48 hour cancellation period.
To secure an appointment for semi-permanent makeup a booking fee of £50.00 will be required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable, however is redeemable against the cost of the SPMU treatment.
PATCH TEST
Certain brow treatments require a patch test in advance which will be carried out face to face in the BlushBrow Studio at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. This can be completed any evening/weekend and will just take a few moments. When booking in for a treatment for the first time, it is the client’s responsibility to attend the studio for their patch test a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to obtain a patch test in time will prevent the treatment from being carried out.
LATE ARRIVALS
BlushBrow Studio will not perform any procedure on anyone under the age of 18
Only one special offer/promotion or discount can be used on any single visit.

At BlushBrow all debit and credit cards (chip and pin & contactless) are accepted using a secure credit card processing point of sale. Cash is also accepted.
