CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE CHANGES

A minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment is required, although the more notice you can provide, the better.  Failure to attend/appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are required to be paid in full, unless  your slot is able to be filled with another client.

BOOKING FEE PAYMENT

To secure your appointment a booking fee redeemable against the cost of the treatment will be required at the time of booking.

A non-refundable Booking Fee (transferable within the 72 hour cancellation window) will be deducted from your total appointment bill when paying, Leaving you with the remaining 75% to pay on the day of your appointment.
 

Booking fees may be transferred if re-scheduling your appointment before the 72 hour cancellation period.

PATCH TEST

Certain treatments require a patch test in advance which will be carried out face to face in the salon at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. This can be completed any evening/weekend and will just take a few moments. When booking in for a treatment for the first time, it is the client’s responsibility to attend the studio for their patch test a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to obtain a patch test in time will prevent the treatment from being carried out and the appointment to be paid for in full.

LATE ARRIVALS

Any late arrivals may be offered a reduced treatment time or turned away altogether, depending on your time of arrival. The treatment must be paid for in full in this instance. 

AGE RESRICTIONS

Under 16's will only be able to have a treatment once written approval of this from a parent or legal guardian has been received. The parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor to the salon on their first visit. On subsequent visits, the parent or legal guardian is not required to be present, as long as the parent or guardian has previously signed to say they agree to this.

BlushBrow Studio will not perform any procedure on anyone under the age of 18

DISCOUNTS

Only one special offer/promotion or discount can be used on any single visit.
